KERRI MCINTIRE | Content
Director / Office Administration
Kerri brings a variety of work experience to InHeritage.
After graduating with an English degree from Indiana University, she
nurtured her interest in fine art by working as a figure model. Hired as an animator
by Atlanta's J. Dyer, Inc., Kerri produced commercials for McDonalds and Georgia
Power. At another animation company, Nicholas Frank, she wrote
scripts for a series of children's cd-roms based on the vision of Arthur creator
Marc Brown. Before founding InHeritage with husband
Dave, she did scriptwriting and artwork for Primal Screen, an animation
studio that produced promotional pieces for Cartoon Network.
With InHeritage, Kerri works as a marketing manager
and writer. She creates narratives for online documentary presentations, including
two for the Supreme Court Historical Society: FDR & The Court
Packing Controversy and Five Justices and the Grand Commission,
about the controversial 1876 presidential election. For the White House Historical
Association, Kerri has produced scripts for historical tours of the White
House and Presidents Park. Other WHHA scripts she has worked on
include The West Wing: Workshop of Democracy and The Birdwatching
Expedition, an animated children's tour that won a 2005
MUSE Award.
For the Almanack, InHeritage's own
online journal, Kerri has written articles on topics
ranging from the history of Grafton, Vermont, to
the emergence of American Nursery Rhymes. Kerri actively promotes
the work of InHeritage and
helps raise the profile of every client by utilizing the internet as a dynamic
networking tool.
